Starting December 6, 2006, 6:00PM, all ‘hack/delete’ victims must purchase an Account Restore Ticket (20 Taney). This will serve as your processing fee because of the current Play 4 Free scheme.

This processing fee will enable you to avail of hack/delete restore service but will still be based on the logs. This fee will not ensure complete and exact restore of items, characters and levels.
